This is a wonderful cocktail for the fall because of the warmth of the cinnamon and the delicious lusciousness of the froth. The Hibiscus Sugar adds a tang that will make you crave more, more, more!

 

Hibiscus Kissed Vegan Rum Sour

Ingredients:

2 oz Dark Rum
1/4 tsp Versawhip or 1 Egg White (For non-vegans)
3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Hibiscus Kissed Sugar Simple Syrup (equals parts by weight water + Hibiscus Kissed Sugar)
6 ice cubes for shaking
1/4 tsp Cinnamon for garnish

Procedure:

  1. Combine the ingredients except for the cinnamon in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake for about 10 seconds until it froths.
  3. Pour in a chilled coupe or rocks glass and garnish with cinnamon.
  4. Enjoy!
