Sours are punchy, full of flavour and an amazing way to digest a meal. In this case we amp up the flavour with one of our signature spices. Playing w/Food's Tangy Three Chili Salt will bring this simple classic to the next level!

Tangy Three Chili Bourbon Sour
Ingredients:
2 oz Bourbon
1 oz fresh Lemon juice
1 oz Simple syrup
1 tsp Tangy Three Chili Salt
Procedure:
- Combine bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker
- Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds
- Strain cocktail through a slotted spoon into a short glass filled with ice.
- Garnish overtop with Tangy Three Chili Salt and Enjoy!
Simple Syrup:
- Add equal part of sugar and water (by weight) in a small pot
- Set it on the stove to medium heat
- Once sugar dissolves, your simple syrup is ready!! Flavour your simple syrup to play around with the notes of your sour or other beverages! We love playing around with simple recipes and encourage you to do it at home as well.
