The Dirty Martini is believed to have originated in 1901 in New York, when bartender John O'Connor found his inspiration in the classic garnish, the olive. Well, we took the liberty to build on that creation and drew inspiration from our very own Everything Mexican Bagel Spice.

If you're into savoury, strong drinks, then this is the one for you. It feels like a "liquid snack", with notes of not only the olive brine but also the onion, garlic, sesame & poppy seeds, with a whisper of heat and all balanced out with honey. It's delicious!
